How does this work
We provide the service ourselves rather than acting as a marketplace. We select and vet field workers, then review their work before you see the result.
1. Check the location
First, the specific city and cemetery are checked. A connected country does not mean that we work throughout its entire territory: an order is possible only where there is an active service area.
2. Place of remembrance
You indicate which burial you are talking about. If the exact location is unknown, we begin the search: we work with the site and nearby, with the caretaker and archival information. The search result cannot be guaranteed in advance, and we are honest about this before ordering.
3. Choice of care
You choose a service and leave your wishes. We show what the job includes and what it doesn't, how long it takes, and when it can be completed.
4. Visit
The work is performed by a verified contractor within the agreed window. If a visit is not possible due to weather, cemetery closure, religious day, or unsafe area, this is a formal reason for the postponement, and not a fault of the performer.
5. Check and report
Before delivery, we check that the report has all required photos and respects cemetery rules and privacy. Photos showing visitors' faces, ceremonies, or readable details of neighboring graves are rejected.
6. Acceptance
You accept the job or report a problem. The request is reviewed by support and, if necessary, a return visit or return is scheduled.
