Operating Standards
The standard is needed so that reports from different cities and from different performers look equally understandable.
Required photo set
Each service has a minimum list of pictures: general plan, details and condition after work. A report without the required frames will not be reviewed.
Before and after
Before and after pictures are taken from the same point to ensure a fair comparison rather than a winning angle.
Description of work
The performer indicates what has been done and what prevented it from being completed. Everything that requires the family’s attention is separately noted: a crack, a slope, damage to the fence.
Formal reasons for the transfer
Weather, cemetery closures, religious days, unsafe grounds, and inability to contact the caretaker are all legitimate reasons to reschedule a visit. They are fixed and visible in the order.
Review before delivery
The report is checked by the quality service. If the rules are violated, a revision or a repeat visit is scheduled.
