Trust and safety
We work in cemeteries - places where privacy is more important than convenience. Therefore, some of the decisions are deliberately stricter than is accepted in consumer services.
We choose the performers
Hishum is not a classified ads exchange. The contractor undergoes an identity check, a contract, a skills test and training in respectful behavior, labor protection, working with media and data protection. Permits have a validity period.
Shooting rules
You cannot photograph funeral ceremonies, the faces of visitors, the readable details of neighboring graves, or private conversations. Such frames are rejected or edited during verification.
Cemetery rules are more important than template
For each cemetery, we store operating hours, photo and video rules, fire, water and chemical rules, vehicle access and repair restrictions. If a rule prohibits an action, it is not executed, even if it is part of a service.
Family data
We collect the minimum data necessary to complete the work. Employee access is limited by role and region, privileged actions require re-verification of identity and are logged.
Your rights
You can upload your data and request account deletion. Individual records are retained longer if required by law or if there is an open order dispute.
