1. Who provides the service
Hishum is the trade name of the service that accepts orders, assigns field workers, arranges visits, and is responsible to customers for the result. Hishum is not a classifieds board or an intermediary between customers and independent workers.

2. When the contract is concluded
Before payment, the client sees a description of the service, scope of work, territory, selected date, final price, cancellation conditions and restrictions. Pressing a button clearly indicating the obligation to pay for the order and successful payment means acceptance of these conditions. The order confirmation and its terms and conditions are stored in the customer's account on a durable medium.
For each paid order, the version of the service, price and conditions that was shown during registration applies. Future catalog changes will not change this order.
3. Initial service
Standard care includes removing debris and dry debris, hand weeding, cutting accessible grass, carefully washing the accessible surface of the monument with water or a soft brush, and a photo report before and after the visit.
Repairs, painting, restoration, chemical cleaning, pressure washing, tree and heavy brush removal are not included in standard care and will not be performed without specific proposal and express consent of the client.
4. Location, date and availability
Services are provided only on the territory of the Republic of Armenia and only where Hishum has confirmed the possibility of departure. The date chosen by the client means the calendar day of the visit; The exact time is set by the operations team, taking into account the route, access to the cemetery, weather and safety.
The client provides information known to him about the place and confirms the right to entrust care. He is obliged to warn about cemetery restrictions, family arrangements and fragile or damaged elements if he is aware of them. Hishum has the right to reschedule or stop work if access is prohibited, conditions are unsafe, or work may damage the site.
5. Family plots and additional work
The price of a family plot depends on the number of paid places. If more burials are discovered at the site, the contractor records the actual volume and fulfills only the already paid volume, starting with the main grave. Additional paid work begins only after the client sees the price and explicitly confirms it. The client's silence is not considered consent.
6. Search for a burial place
Search is an independent service with an agreed territory, time and list of initial information. Hishum does not guarantee the location of the grave. If the location is not found, the report should confirm the visit and the scope of the search performed. You can only withhold the pre-determined cost of the actual part of the service provided; Without a documented departure, the allowable amount is refunded in full.
7. Price and payment
The final price in Armenian drams is shown before payment. It includes the selected service, number of seats and confirmed add-ons. Long-distance travel within the framework of the initial launch is not charged separately to the client. Bank cards and Apple Pay are processed by Stripe; Hishum does not receive or store the full card number or security code.
If the additional cost cannot be determined in advance, the client is shown the calculation method and the maximum amount before agreeing. Without such consent, no write-off will be made.
8. Refusal of the distance contract and cancellation
The consumer has the right to cancel a remote service agreement within 14 days from the date of its conclusion, except for the exceptions provided by law. If, at the client’s request, the provision began before the end of this period, in case of refusal, only the actually received part of the service is paid. After complete and proper provision of the service, the right of refusal ceases only with prior consent to begin performance and notification of the client about this consequence.
Additionally, Hishum provides a simpler rule: before the actual start of work, the order can be canceled with a full refund, including on the selected day of the visit. After the start of work, the issue is resolved through support: only the previously shown and documented cost of the actually rendered part of the service can be withheld. The consumer's legal rights to claim due to service deficiencies are not limited by these rules.
Refunds are made using the same payment method no later than the deadline established by applicable law. If the visit does not take place due to the fault of Hishum, the client receives a full refund for the unfulfilled service.
9. Report, acceptance and quality
The result is confirmed by mandatory materials before and after for each paid place. After the full report is published, the client has 72 hours to accept the result or open a request. If there is no request, the system marks the report as accepted automatically. This does not cancel the consumer's mandatory rights in the event of a hidden or later discovered defect.
If a defect is confirmed, Hishum chooses a solution that is proportionate to the law and the circumstances: free revision, re-exit, price reduction or full or partial refund. An open dispute suspends automatic acceptance and settlement with the contractor.
10. Regular care
The regular care plan creates individual orders according to the agreed upon calendar and volume. Before connecting, the client sees the frequency, cost of each visit and the procedure for terminating the plan. Terminating a plan does not cancel an already created order: it is canceled separately according to the conditions shown for it. Hishum does not retroactively change the price of an already created order.
11. Acceptable Use
You cannot impersonate a relative or copyright holder, order an intervention contrary to the rules of the cemetery, transmit false information, upload illegal materials, try to obtain someone else’s data, or interfere with the operation of the service. If there is a reasonable risk of harm, fraud or violation of the law, the order may be suspended with an individual refund calculation.
12. Liability and force majeure
Hishum is responsible for the proper provision of the paid service and does not exclude liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, erroneous customer information, actions of cemetery management, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, but we are committed to reporting the obstruction and offering rescheduling or refunds for the portion not completed.
13. Appeals and disputes
It is more convenient to open the request inside the order: this way, a calculation, correspondence and a report are attached to it. Before ordering, you can use the support page. The claim can also be sent to the operator’s email or postal address specified above. First, the parties try to resolve the issue through support; this does not limit the right to apply to the competent authority or court of the Republic of Armenia.
14. Applicable law
The law of the State of California and the United States applies to relations with the operator, but it does not deprive the consumer of the mandatory protection provided by the law of his country of residence or the place where the service is provided. The legislation of the Republic of Armenia applies to physical work in Armenia, on-site safety, consumer rights and other imperative issues. This clause does not transfer the dispute to an inconvenient jurisdiction if mandatory law gives the consumer the right to apply in the place of his residence or service.
15. Change of conditions
The new edition applies to future orders after publication. For significant changes to your account or recurring plan, we display a notification. If a mandatory provision of law gives the client more rights, the law applies, regardless of the wording of that document.
