01Do you work all over the country?
No. Even when a country is connected, ordering is only available in open cities and zones. Checks are being carried out throughout the city and cemetery.
02I don't know the exact burial place
This is a common situation. There is a separate search service: we check the site and row, work with the caretaker and archival information. The result cannot be guaranteed in advance.
03When will I receive the report?
After the visit and inspection. The term depends on the service and is shown when placing an order.
04Can I order regular care?
Yes. It is a schedule of actual visits, for example seasonally or on remembrance dates.
05What if the job is done poorly?
Please indicate this in your order. The request is reviewed by support and a return visit or return is possible.
06Do I need to install the application?
Yes, now orders, reports and correspondence are available in the client application for iPhone. The personal account on the site has not yet been launched.
